So much potential, so many issues

I love everything about this app and I really want it to succeed. As someone who has never visited Fallen London on the browser, I figured I would not have as many complaints as the users who came from the web. The social connect/signup features do not remember your information so signing in/up is tedious. Load times can be very long, though I am unsure what the app is actually doing. Sometimes progress simply isnt saved. And in a reading environment, it can be tedious to try and work your way back to wherever you were just because your progress wasnt saved. Hoping the experience becomes more stable and streamlined... Fallen London is a remarkable world!
