Stellar writing, but known bugs erase progress

Ive been playing a few months now and rather enjoyed the regular events and seen app stability improve. And the writing and world really is quite good.

Unfortunately the most important endgame stat (Notability) is regularly reduced or reset to zero for mobile players only. Ive reported the bug multiple times but customer support takes weeks to respond that they are looking into it, says they will send compensation (which either never arrives or is immediately erased by the aforementioned bug), and then marks the situation as solved.
